Brief Description of Society Activities

 

Playing Ice Hockey at Whitley Bay Ice Rink.  Training 2-3 times a week and compettive games against rival Universities.

Playing Ball Hockey at the Newcastle University Sports Centre, providing off ice alternative.

A great atmosphere and community helped by regular social events both day and night.

Pre-Requisites for new members
(e.g. previous experience, basic certificates, etc)

 

No experience necessary - full beginners programme. 

 

 

Equipment Provided

 

None for beginners. Full kit for experienced players preferred as club has limited spare kit
