► Student Union Complaints Procedure

The Students' Union has a formal complaints procedure in place which should be carried out in any situation where you feel that you are dissatisfied about the quality of service, the acceptability of standards, or the appropriateness of communication provided by staff and officers.

Should you wish to act upon your complaint you must do so by submitting a complaints form to Administration Office who will pass your complaint on to the President and Chief Executive who will respond as per the procedure.
