Jill Lincoln

Jill is a Senior Student Adviser at the SAC. She deals  with all student financial matters, covering student loan issues, debt problems, tax credits and benefits, and any other financial issues that students may face. She is also a generalist adviser who deals with a wide range of other issues, including academic, legal, health, employment and consumer, to name but a few! She co-manages the service with the other Senior Adviser, Ruth Gibson.

Ruth Gibson

Ruth is a Senior Student Adviser at the SAC. She specialises in housing, and deals with a range of issues, including problems with contracts, deposits, community issues, and disrepair. She is also a generalist adviser who can deal with other problems, such as academic or personal issues. She co-manages the service with the other Senior Adviser, Jill Lincoln.

Alex Morgan

Alex is a Student Adviser who specialises in dealing with academic issues, such as academic appeals or student disciplinary procedures. She can also deal with general enquiries, personal issues and some basic financial or housing enquiries.

Gavin Smillie

Gavin is the Administrative Assistant, he ensures that everything runs smoothly within the department, and usually acts as first point of contact with students, whether it be via email, telephone, or in person. If you wish to contact the SAC, the email below should be used to do so.
