Drop-in

If you would like to speak to an advisor, you can come to our daily drop-in sessions. Drop-in appointments last about 20 minutes and run on a first come first served basis.

Drop-in times change so please check the 'Welcome' section of our website for the opening hours of this week.


Booking appointments

If you are experiencing a more complex problem which requires more than the 20 minutes drop-in time to resolve, you can book an appointment with an appropriate adviser.  Appointments last one hour and, like all our other services, are completely confidential.

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE ***

Due to a number of students turning up late for appointments, the SAC have implemented that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you may not be seen and you will have to re-book.


 Live Chat

We also operate an online chat service between 10am and 4pm every weekday except Wednesdays when we run it 12-4pm. This service operates similar to drop-in; you can chat online to an adviser and if the problem becomes more complex, you can then make an appointment.
