► Online Live Chat Service

If you are unable to make it into the Student Advice Centre to see an Adviser you can use our Livechat Service, you don't even have to leave the house to get advice. This service is completely confidential.

***IMPORTANT NOTICE: NEW SERVICE!***

Below are two different buttons giving you access to online chat.

The first is the Student Advice Centre Livechat service where you can speak to an adviser on any practical welfare matter. This service is usually available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10.00am to 4.00pm, Wednesday 12noon to 4.00pm.

The second button is the Listening Ear Service run by the University Chaplaincy. This service is currently only available for two weeks at the begining of the new academic year.

University Chaplains Listening Ear Service
