COCO are a small charity based in Newcastle. Comrades of Children Overseas raise money for health and education projects aimed at improving the lives of children living in poverty in developing countries. We work with local communities to provide sustainable, needs centred and efficient initiatives in countries such as Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, South Africa and Ghana.

Volunteers will gain admin skills/experience and will learn about working as part of a team. This is the ideal opportunity for anyone looking to enhance their CV through marketing, admin and fundraising. COCO tries to encourage volunteers to do something they are interested in – the opportunities are endless!
