Community Integrated Care (CIC) - The Whinnies, Whickham
Community Integrated Care is a National not-for-profit organisation who are supporting people with learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and/or mental health problems. Caring for people with learning difficulties and/or mental health problems. Caring for people who need specialist, intermediate, nursing or residential support. Delivering treatment and support to individuals and their families for alcohol, drugs and other addictions. Providing accomodation, support and training for homeless young people and adults.
Volunteer Roles:
1. Driving - duties would include supporting service users on activities out in the community
2. Administration - duties would include completing daily notes for service users and handover sheets
3. Support Worker - duties would include supporting service users on a daily basis with varied tasks
4. Gardener
