The only thing more exciting than coming to university, seeing your halls and meeting new people is your first student house! Unfortunately that excitement sometimes acts as a negative and students make decisions too quickly without much thought. 

And the big problem is students are generally seen as ‘vulnerable’ to landlords, you are easily taken advantage of in the housing world.  But with the right knowledge and the right attitude you can have a fantastic year in a great house.
