Just for Post Grads - Mindfulness Class

In these sessions you will get the opportunity to practice mindfulness meditation; a well-evidenced practice for reducing stress, improving focus, and enhancing resilience and well-being. The sessions will be experiential and are open to everyone with or without prior experience of mindfulness meditation.

Jessi Komes is a lecturer in Psychology and a psychotherapist (i.TR.). She trained as a yoga and meditation teacher over a four-year period (880hrs). She is trained in mindfulness-based and other approaches to help psychological stress management and increase wellbeing. Sometimes she likes to complement the mindfulness sessions with poetry or a quote to inspire the abstract mind and speak to the heart.
