Sally’s beginner yoga practices will introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga postures so that you can feel comfortable in all yoga classes and allow you to progress your practice as you wish.
This practice will be at a steady pace with plenty of time to pause, break down postures where appropriate and will allow students to begin to really listen and explore their bodies to find out what is possible and to feel good about themselves.
This class is in person meaning you can join Sally with a small group for the 5-week period. We will provide mats, and cleaning products so you don't need to carry a at around all day with you.
Please note, there is a small fee to reserve your space for each date, and you must book your place by clicking 'buy ticket' below and completing the booking information, as we have a limit on places.
