Freda's yoga sessions are designed for all levels and abilities. The practices will introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga postures so that you can feel comfortable in all yoga classes and allow you to progress your practice as you wish.

Freda will explore dynamic vinyasa, core strengthening style classes with a long slow warm up. I am a fell runner and an open water swimmer which both require strength and flexibility, components that I will incorporate into the practice. My main intention with these classes is to leave you feeling mindful and positive.

This class is in person meaning you can join Freda with a small group for the 5-week period. We will provide mats, and cleaning products so you don't need to carry a mat around all day with you. 

Please note, there is a small fee to reserve your space for each date, and you must book your place by clicking 'buy ticket' below and completing the booking information, as we have a limit on the number of places avaliable.
