Alnwick Castle is one of the largest inhabited castles in England. Home to the Duke of Northumberland's family, the Percy's for over 700 years, it has witnessed drama, tragedy, intrigue and romance. From stunning art collections and sumptuous state rooms, to medieval crafts and Potter-inspired magic, a visit to Alnwick Castle fires up the imagination.

In recent years it has taken starring roles in a number a film and television productions, featuring as Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the Harry Potter films and as a location for ITV's Downton Abbey. Alnwick Garden is one of the world's more extraordinary and contemporary gardens. From Poisonous placts and treetop walkwaysglorious roses and towering delphiniums, the Duchess of Northumberland's vision for a forgotten plot of land is now a 21st century experience full of imagination and fun all brought to life with water. The Garden was designed for every season -from fragrant roses to polished water features, no matter when you visit there is alwyas something to admire. This gem in the Northumberland countryside has plenty to offer.

The Spooky TrailIf you like a good spook, come and take a look. Immerse yourself in our Hallowee trail around The Garden.

The Spook ZoneThere will be gruesome sights and corpses to behold. Enter the Labyrinth and be brave and bold. Parental advisory.

Halloween Crafts Double double toil and trouble, fire burns and cauldrons bubble. Get crafty with our Budding Artist Team and make magical wands, stink bags and potions.

Dead of Night (6:30pm - 8:30pm) 

As night time approaches, the fun really starts...  Enter with caution because once you have been, this will not be unseen.... 

The Scare Garden Spooky Walk As the darkness of the night crawled over The Garden a change in the air starts to happen. A once beautiful and enchanted place changes into a hudeous zombie infested realm. Are you brave enough to venture through The Garden at night?

The Scare Zone This halloween you will see the Bamboo Labyrinth like never before and once seen, it will never be unseen. Are you brave enough to enter the scare zone?

Due to the massive discount offered (£26 ticket + £12 transport) spaces on this trip will disappear so we recommend you book early to avoid disappointment!
