Sepak Takraw

Sports Hall, Newcastle University Sports Centre

Sepak Takraw is a South Asian sport which can be seen as a blend of football and volleyball. It is played on a badminton sized court and net, three players have three touches between them to get the small wicker like ball across to the other team in a volleyball fashion- but without the use of hands!

This is a great sport if you're looking to try something a bit different, many people won't have played it before and no prior experience is needed! This sport will help improve your ball control, team work skills and agility.
