Sausage Making Workshop
Meet outside the Newcastle University Students Union front entrance
Ah sausages, they are a versatile food, be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner we love a British banger. Yet we know so little about how they are made. Join us as we visit the Northmuberland sausage Company who specialise in hearty Northumbrian meat with a twist. Headed up by a molecular scientist, the team experiment with different sausage recipes, such as its wark chilli sizzler.
This sausage making workshop sees an experienced chef share culinary secrets with pupils in this workshop lesson. Classes last up to three hours, with equipment, ingredients and handy recipe sheets all provided.
This is an experience not to be missed and the best way to impress your flatmates.
