Introduction to Powerlifting

The sport is a growing one, and it doesn’t matter if your new, mature, young, weak or even inhumanly ‘hulk like’ strong - you can benefit and challenge yourself.

The sport consists of 3 main lifts; Deadlift, Squat and Bench Press and these Give It A Go spaces are extremely limited and on offer to demonstrate how open and accessible Powerlifting can be.

So don’t waste time, get booked we’ll see you at sessions – we guarantee you’ll surprise yourself!

Spaces are extremely limited and done in small groups - so lets do this together.
