Self-Love Monday (Permission to Pause)


Self-Love means different things to different people and we hope to help you get ‘in tune’ with what works for you.

Stress and Sleep workshop, hosted by the Newcastle United Foundation

  • Time: 12.30am - 1.30pm
  • Where: History Room, L1
  • The stress and sleep workshop is designed to help learners understand the physiology behind stress, root causes of stress, tips on handling stress and how stress can impact sleep. We will also briefly take the group through tips on how to improve sleep hygiene.

Mindfulness session

  • Time: 4.00 - 5.00pm
  • Where: History Room, L1
  • Bring awareness to what you’re directly experiencing via your senses in this interactive session.
