WellFair (Full day of activities)
Head to Venue (L-2 SU) for a day full of alternatives to help you find the right way for you to pause. Events during the day include FREE Snug Yoga sessions, Music for the Mind, Positivitea, and a ‘Zen Zone’.
This will be very casual so just pop down to Venue during the day to find an activity that will help you relax during this period of exams, deadlines and marking papers.

- 9am: Run session with Watch Your Head
- 10.30am: Meditation
- 11am: Snug Yoga
- 12pm: Mindfulness
- 12.30pm-1.30pm: Snug Yoga
- 1pm-2pm: Peer support with Mind the Gap- safe space.
- 2pm: Recovery Workshop with Hope Virgo
- 3pm: Boxing with Watch Your Head
- 3pm: Mindfulness
- 3pm-4pm: Snug Yoga

No sign up needed just head to Venue in the SU.
Snug Yoga a locally based Hot Yoga company that promotes health and wellbeing through affordable, high-quality Yoga in a portable dome-shaped tent, heated to 37 degrees, beautifully lit for extra ambiance and scented with a special blend of essential oils designed to enhance your Snug experience. Breathe and stretch that bit further as you experience an immersive Yoga flow led by one of the experienced Yoga teachers who can offer a range of Yoga styles catering for all levels of experience and ability.

Mind the Gap Peer Support
Mind the Gap is a student-led mental health society. Their aim is to work with students, the local community and mental health charities to inform, raise awareness and discuss mental health issues.
Hope Virgo - Author of Stand Tall Little Girl and Mental Health Campaigner
Hope will run an interactive session sharing her personal story and giving you skills and knowledge to help manage recovery from mental health illness.
