Sport and Wellbeing

This one hour workshop will provide information on the impact that keeping active can have on our wellbeing. Information covered includes:

-        How to break negative cycles

-        How sport and exercise can improve wellbeing

-        The importance of self-compassion

-        Ways to get involved in sport at Newcastle University
