Sally’s beginner yoga practices will introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga postures so that you can feel comfortable in all yoga classes and allow you to progress your practice as you wish.
This practice will be at a steady pace with plenty of time to pause, break down postures where appropriate and will allow students to begin to really listen and explore their bodies to find out what is possible and to feel good about themselves.
This class is virtual, meaning you can join Sally from the comfort of your accommodation or home. You will have the option to leave your video on so Sally can pace the class appropriately, however this is not obligatory so you can switch it off if you prefer. Sally will switch off the audio from your device to reduce background noise during class. You will have to enable it yourself to talk to Sally at the end of class if you wish.
On the day, we’ll email you the private Zoom details to join the ‘meeting’ or if you cannot make it, simply email us and we’ll share the recorded class once available the following day.
