Teaming up with our University Sports Centre, we've adapted the popular exercise class and turned it virtual. Meaning you can enjoy a fitness blast during lunch and energising your afternoon.
So, join Scott in a bodyweight session that’s firstly FUN, but also gets your sweat on with simple, easy to follow moves. Focusing on your core, legs and the biggest muscle in the body - the gluteus maximus.
The session will be held over Zoom, so can be done from the comfort of your own place. So why not take a break, get your sweat on and refocus ready for the afternoon.
If you enjoy the sesisons, you can also join Scott and the team regulaly through inperson sessions at the Sports Centre.

Once you have booked your place you will receive the zoom meeting joining instructions. Bluetooth headphones are advised for a better experience. Video again is not a requirement, but feedback/advise is given so is strongly recommended.
