Mindfulness Session with Michael Atkinson

In this session you will be introduced to the practice of mindfulness meditation and some of the teachings and research that underpins it. Mindfulness is a well-evidenced practice for reducing stress, improving focus and enhancing resilience and well-being. The session will be experiential and is open to everyone with or without prior experience of mindfulness meditation.
