In this pre-recorded session you will get the opportunity to practice mindfulness meditation; a well-evidenced practice for reducing stress, improving focus and enhancing resilience and well-being.
Each week we'll upload a recording of our weekly live sessions, giving you an opportunity to experience mindfulness in your own time - so please take the opportunity to enjoy. You can also join us live each week on a Wednesday - check out midday mindfulness session.
Weekly sessions will be facilitated by Michael Atkinson and Dr Jessi Komes.
