Micro-Volunteering in the Law School

Conference Room

Come along to this micro-volunteering session in the Law School (Conference Room) on Wednesday 16th February, 1- 3pm. It’s a great opportunity to do something good without the commitment, meet new people and take a break from academic studies!

We will be writing cards, letters and emails to sick children and their siblings for UK charity, Post Pals. https://www.postpals.co.uk

There will also be the opportunity to make some wiggly bags for children in local hospitals! They are small hand-stitched fabric bags used by children with Hickman Lines (a central venous catheter used for the administration of chemotherapy or other medications).

No experience necessary and all equipment will be provided!

If you’d prefer to join online, please email Fran at volunteerpw4.union@ncl.ac.uk with your 9-digit student ID number and she will send you the Zoom link!
