Watch your head is a student ran programme aimed at providing a variety of stress relief workshops for all university students.
There are 5 different workshops including art, boxing, running, yoga and a peer support group.
Each workshops is ran by university students to provide fun and relaxing activities to take your mind off exams or any form of stress.
All workshops are free and every ability is welcome.
A friendly running programme for those who wish to improve their running with others.
Anyone is welcome, from those who have never ran before to those who are frequent runners but want to come and find others to talk to.
Running is a great way to relieve stress, anxiety and talk about anything you wish, so come along to one of our sessions.
It is ran by 4 students who will fully support you along the way. 2 sessions a week.
Mondays and Wednesdays 6-7pm meeting outside Sainsbury’s next to West Jesmond Metro.
