Watch Your Head is a Go Volunteer project run by a group of students, for students that aims to try and improve mental health at University. There are various sessions being run by volunteers which aim to help students de-stress which include yoga, running, peer support, boxing and art. 


Each workshops is ran by university students to provide fun and relaxing activities to take your mind off exams or any form of stress.

All workshops are free and every ability is welcome.

In the boxing workshop you will be beating back the stress with some basic boxing classes! We can show you some moves and let you take out the deadline stress on some pads.

Every Friday 4pm (Please arrive 15 mins before start time) Late comers will not be allowed in.
