Brief Description of Society Activities
This society is for anyone from complete fitness beginners, to someone who has been exercising for years and just fancies a change.
We will be running 2 circuit training sessions a week, lasting 1-hour in Exhibition Park, so there is no need for a Silver Gym Membership.
All you need to bring along is yourself, a water bottle and a positive attitude!
