Brief Description of Society Activities

This society is for anyone from complete fitness beginners, to someone who has been exercising for years and just fancies a change. We will be running 4 weekly 30 minutes workouts on zoom, with the hope to move back to our regular workouts outdoors when we can due to Covid 19. 

Meeting Days,Times and Venues

The way are sessions are working at the moment due to Covid are as follows:

Mondays @ 6pm - Upper body workout

Wednesday @ 6pm - Lower body workout

Fridays @ 6pm - Yoga/stretch based workout

Sundays @ 10am - HIIT based workout

All of the workouts are 30 minutes long and will take place on Zoom, with the hope to move back to the park as soon as we can for our normal workout routine (Covid restrictions permitting!).

After purchasing your membership, please join our Private Facebook Group (linked on our Facebook page below) to access the zoom links and all other information. 

(When we can, we will be transitioning back to face-to-face teaching, which will be on a Wednesday @ 6pm and Sunday @ 10am in Exhibition Park, again check the Facebook page for more details).
