We are a group of unaccompanied singers made up of four ensembles, performing at various events throughout the year. Over the years we have had many accomplishments as a society such as winning Masters of Show Choir 2019, competing in the ICCA quarter finals and starring in Sing: Ultimate A Cappella on Sky1. Our ensembles are:
- NCL Aca: an un-auditioned, fun, and social group open to all those who want to give A Cappella a go regardless of previous experience (led by Kit Giroux)
- Tune Army: our mixed auditioned group who compete in events across the country (led by Antonia Alexander-Sowa)
- Angels of the North: female auditioned group competing for the first time this year (led by Lucy Mulheir) and finally,
- NUMen: male auditioned group also competing for the first time this year (led by Siegfried Aylward).

Rehearsals are held once a week for our un-auditioned group and twice weekly for each auditioned group. We also meet regularly for socials and come together for a concert twice a year.

Membership fees cover sheet music and socials. An additional fee of £15 a term is required if successful in gaining a place in one of our auditioned groups, in order to put towards the cost of travel to competitions, costumes and entrance fees.
