Pole Dancing

Brief Description of Society Activities

Membership into our Society will include weekly scheduled classes for all levels from beginner to advance.  Additional classes will be running weekly such as pole jams, routine classes and this year's new regular flexibility class for all levels (included in your membership). Being part of the Society will allow discounted masterclasses throughout the year with professional pole dancers, which are amazing opportunities to learn new skills.

We organise and perform regularly at competitions throughout the year in different parts of the country and we encourage our members of all abilities to participate in our showcases which are arranged twice a year.  We have regular social events together and there will also be opportunities to join our pole camp and aerial skill workshops.

Pole dance does not require any previous knowledge or experience and our Society is open to all genders.  Pole dancing will help you increase strength, flexibility, co-ordination and confidence.

You do not need a silver membership to join our Society, but you do require to obtain PoleSoc membership before your first regular class.

We hold our classes at the Commerical Union (in town next to Grey's Monument).
