We are a new society founded this year. If you wish to join us, please contact Shawn or come to our stand in society fair on Sept. 23-25 at University Sport Centre level 2 Sport Hall.
What is Kendo
Kendo is a modern Japanese martial art, which descended from swordmanship and uses bamboo swords and protective armour. Today it is widely practiced within Japan and many other nations across the world.
Kendo is an activity that combines martial arts practices and values with strenous sport-like physical activity. It is fit to practice for people from all ages and genders.

Multi-purpose Room in University Sport Centre.
No Need to prepare anything, just wear comfortable sport clothes.
Our sessions will be led by Mick Taylor, 4th dan, Former British National Squad Member.
There will be two training sessions each week, all members are welcome to participate.
