The Boxing Club revolves around basic technique, boxing based fitness exercises and toning, focusing on core strength and using this as a foundation to achieve high levels of fitness and endurance.
We accommodate all levels of boxing skill levels, from beginners to those wanting to compete in BUCS and maintain a very strong social element outside of the training sessions.

Tuesdays 9.00p.m - 10.00p.m - Sports Hall
Wednesday: 2.00p.m - 5.00p.m (beginner/intermediate/advanced) AFC
Friday: 3.00 - 5.00 p.m. -(Mixed) Newcastle University Sports Hall
Saturday: 1.00 - 2.00 p.m. - (Fitness) Newcastle University Sports Hall
Sunday: 11.00a.m - 1.00p.m - (Mixed/Sparring) Newcastle University Sprots Hall
Pre-Requisites for new members (e.g. previous experience, basic certificates, etc)
No experience needed, but trainers must be worn whilst training. Gum shield to be brought if members wish to participate in semi-contact exercises.
