Ice Hockey

Brief Description of Club Activities

The Ice Hockey Club aims to offer students the opportunity to begin or continue with playing Ice Hockey. Catering for all abilities, we have a full beginners programme and endeavour to teach beginners how to play, with the aim of integrating them into a competitive team in the British Universities Ice Hockey Association Leagues, along with experienced players.

This will be achieved through beginners-only and experienced-only training sessions and regular socials to help players integrate into the Newcastle Wildcats Ice Hockey Club.

Give It A Go sessions are also organised for students who just want to learn to ice skate.

If you want to try a new, exciting sport or want to carry on with an old one, contact us!
