Brief Description of Club Activities

K1 style Kickboxing using punches and kicks.  We are a friendly Club with world class coaching, welcoming complete beginners up to professionals!

Great for fitness, self defence, meeting new people and testing your limits!

We use padwork, fitness drills and (optional) sparring as training methods.

 

Meeting Days, Times and Venues

Monday:  Multipurpose Room B, 8.30 p.m. - 10.00 p.m.

Tuesday:  Multipurpose Room B, 7.00 p.m. - 8.30 p.m.

Thursday: Multipurpose Room B,  6:30 p.m. - 8.00 p.m.

Sunday: Multipurpose Room A, 12.00 noon - 2.00 p.m.

*Times are provisional at the moment!
