We use padwork, fitness drills and (optional) sparring as training methods.
Monday: Multipurpose Room B, 8.30 p.m. - 10.00 p.m.
Tuesday: Multipurpose Room B, 7.00 p.m. - 8.30 p.m.
Thursday: Multipurpose Room B, 6:30 p.m. - 8.00 p.m.
Sunday: Multipurpose Room A, 12.00 noon - 2.00 p.m.
