Brief Description of Club Activities
An all inclusive, High Performance Rugby team comprising of four teams who train twice weekly and play once weekly.
Activities within the Club include fully coached gym sessions, fully coached high level Rugby training, social activities co-ordinated by Social Secretaries and competitive matches ran by the BUCS organisation.

Monday Night Training
1st/2nd Team: 6.00 p.m. - 7.30 p.m. (Longbenton Training Ground)
3rd/4th Team: 7.30 p.m. - 9.00 p.m. (Longbenton Training Ground)
Tuesday Night Team Run
1st/2nd Team: 6.00 p.m. - 7.00 p.m. (Longbenton Training Ground)

Pre-Requisites for new members (e.g. previous experience, basic certificates, etc)
Due to safety concerns we do require at least 3 years of playing experience.
