SWIM, BIKE, RUN
We pride ourselves on being a super friendly and inclusive Club, catering to all levels of ability and experience. From complete beginners to Ironman age group winners, the Club has a diverse range of members.
Training is structured such that at any level you can push yourself beyond your limits, or just come along and enjoy the social aspect of training. Training is not compulsory allowing our members to train as much or as little as they like. Any goal can be worked towards, be it completing an Ironman, competing at BUCS or just learning to swim front crawl.
Meeting Days, Times and Venues
For the running and bike sessions the location will be put on the facebook page by the respective captains. So be sure to add yourself to the page ASAP so you know what is going on.
So come along to our sessions and our weekly themed socials on Wednesday nights and you won't regret it!
P.S. You do not need a bike to join this club. 75% of our training is without the use of a bike. It helps to have one but it is not the be all and end all. If you join, like the training and want to get a bike then we can direct you to the best bike bargains!
