7 weeks of wellbeing workshops by TEDx Speaker, Toluwa

‘Tea with Tols’ wellbeing sessions is a 7-week virtual wellbeing workshop. Each week consists of a 90-minute session exploring key mental wellbeing themes, with phenomenal guest speakers/coaches and discussion activities using group coaching techniques. Each session concludes with a reflection exercise and applied 'homework' for the week.

‘Tea with Tols’ wellbeing sessions is a 7-week virtual wellbeing workshop. Each week consists of a 90-minute session exploring key mental wellbeing themes, with phenomenal guest speakers/coaches and discussion activities using group coaching techniques. Each session concludes with a reflection exercise and applied 'homework' for the week. TEDx speaker and Wellbeing coach, Toluwa has spent most of her professional career working with young people around the world, enabling them to make transformative changes in their personal and professional lives as well as their communities.

This program has been designed with the support of wellbeing experts and coaches, with the aim of exploring key themes such as resilience, finding purpose, self-love, imposter syndrome and much more. The main aim of this workshop is to support you with long term, transformative wellbeing techniques and build a supportive network.

All we require is for you to show up each week, respect each other’s opinions, be open and stay curious. So, what sessions are there?

About Toluwa Oyeleye

 

TEDx motivational speaker and Certified MindGym & Wellbeing coach, Toluwa has spent most of her professional career working with individuals and organisations from different backgrounds, enabling them to make transformative changes in their personal and professional lives, as well as their communities. 

She has spoken on world-class stages around the world, including TEDx events and United Nations conferences on topics relating to mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and at home. Toluwa particularly enjoys the art of storytelling and does this through her Podcast & Youtube video project: Tea with Tols-- a series of open conversations uncovering mental health and socio-economic issues affecting Gen Z's and Millennials, globally.
