Top 4 NUSU Picks To Help You Destress During Exams

We’re well into the swing of exam season now, and with all of the revision and preparation, it must feel like exams have been going on forever!

When you’re working hard for a long period of time, and the pressure seems to be piling up on you, it’s important to learn to take a break and recharge.

Keeping that in mind, here are our five top picks from around NUSU for helping you distress and breeze through the last leg of summer exams.

Get a Wan Massage

Wan is our go-to massage guru, fixing your tension headaches and stress knots every Wednesday on the second floor of the NUSU building. There’s no appointment needed – just head upstairs and ask for a Holistic Massage (every Wednesday, 12-3pm: NUSU 2nd Floor)

Dog Days Are Over

Our Stressed Out Students campaign brings with it the much anticipated return of Dog Days, as Guidedogs UK fill Venue with a host of loveable pups for you to cuddle up to. There’s nothing quite like befriending an adorable pup to release post-exam stress. Book your session here.

Wellbeing Fair 2018

We have something special lined up on Friday 1 June, inside Venue. The Wellbeing Fair is the perfect relaxation event with helpful tips and advice on how to cool off after your latest revision session, free massages and the returning Dog Days all on offer. Don’t miss out – register your interest here!

Top up on FREE fruit across campus libraries

We’ve managed to secure free fruit across university libraries for the duration of exams thanks to our Stressed Out Students initiative. There’s nothing more important than drinking plenty of water and eating healthy food while you hit the revision treadmill. You’ll be able to see the free fruit tables when you head inside the Robinson or Walton libraries.
