Lip Balm Making Class (1pm, The Lounge, NUSU)
Using a selection of natural waxes, butters and oils, learn how to make your own flavoured lip balms. No previous experience required, all tuition, equipment and materials provided. Find out more.

Clay Pigeon Shooting (1:30pm, Meet outside Hatton Gallery, NUSU)
Ever fancied trying your hand at clay pigeon shooting? The sport using shotguns to hit flying targets? The GIAG day is hosted by Newcastle University Clay Pigeon Shooting Club and will have all the all the equipment supplied to try out this sport. Find out more.

Thursday 8th February

Lush- Make your own bath bomb (5pm, Meet outside Hatton Gallery, NUSU)
Come and have a go at making your own bath bomb, with cosmetics company Lush. Find out more.

Friday 9th February

Cardio Combat Fitness Class (12:30pm, Multi B, Sport’s Centre)
A fiercely energetic class that draws on various martial arts techniques. Find out more.

Sunday 11th February

Beamish Wild – Tall Trees Adventure (12pm, Meet outside the Hatton Gallery)
This high ropes course is 2 hours of non-stop fun and challenges guaranteed to get your adrenaline pumping. Find out more.

Hot Pod Yoga (1:15pm, Meet a Sainsbury’s in Jesmond)
Come and sweat away the stress of uni life!  The session of hot Vinyasa Yoga will be performed in an inflatable, heated studio. An intensive and balanced physical workout, restoring calm and clarity to the mind in soothing, cocoon-like pods. 37°c heat warms the muscles and aids flexibility as well as making the heart work harder. Find out more.
