For those of you who will come back to revision and deadlines, our Stressed Out Students (S.O.S) campaign is back again during the exam period, with free massages, free fruit, a listening service, meditation sessions and yoga.
Here is a handy planner for you to keep track of your exams/deadline dates, input what you will do each day to keep you on track, and to see what events the SU are holding to help you reduce stress. This can be used from the new year right up until the end of exam period, so you can get planning!
