Wellbeing Fair

Wellbeing banner Wellbeing Fair now happening on 1st June!

Apologies but due to severe weather this event has been rescheduled to the 1st June

The Wellbeing Fair will offer advice on the services available to students to enable them to realise their own abilities and to cope with the normal stresses of university life. The fair will be zoned into the 5 areas known to improve mental wellbeing. The 5 zones (recommended by the World Health Organisation) are Keep Learning, Stay Active, Connect, Take Notice and Give Back. In addition there will be an information area where local charities, agencies and support groups will have the opportunity to raise awareness of their services, a petting zoo, cookery demonstration and a skills session from the Writing Development Centre.
