BUCS Individual Performances:
From Canoeing to Clay Pigeon Shooting we have seen some incredible individual performances in events all across the country so far this year.
This month saw the start of the BUCS season with the BUCS Hill Climb kicking of the fixtures for the Cycling Club. Held in Sheffield, a city built amongst multiple hills, the race was sure to be a test. The climb was held on Pea Royd Lane in Sheffield, only 700m long but an average 17% gradient. 6 cyclists from Newcastle University made the trip down all of which came away with very credible perfromances, with president Izzy Ash making a top 30 finish.
