Could you help someone with dementia do the things they love?

My name is Russel Mark Dsilva. I’m a student at Newcastle University doing MSc International Business Management. I am also a Side by Side Recruiter Volunteer promoting volunteering.

Side by Side is Alzheimer’s Society’s fun, friendly, super-flexible volunteering opportunity for someone like you to help a person with dementia do the things they love.

That could be anything from going to a café, playing board games, having a chat, going for a stroll or playing sports.

Being a Side by Side volunteer not only changes the lives of those you support for the better, it changes yours too – and it is a great addition to your resume. To find out more, register your interest here https://www.nusu.co.uk/volunteering/details/307/
