There will be different themes and stations each workshop, suitable for everyone.

This is a simple activity to help relieve stress and no ability or expertise is needed.

It is simply a time and place you can come and relax with other students who are feeling the stress of university as well, whilst engaging in arts and crafts.

No sign up required, visit Facebook for more info:

Peer Support

Peer support sessions offer a space for you to talk about any stresses you are facing, gain a greater insight into what causes your stress and learn how to manage it more effectively.

There's no need to sign up for a session, just turn up on the day.

You don't have to talk in any of these sessions - we understand that you can benefit just as much from listening.

All sessions run from 6:30 on a Thursday in the MLK Room (Level 1 – NUSU).
