Watch your head is a Go Volunteer project run by a group of students for students that aims to try and improve mental health at Uni. There are various sessions being run by volunteers which aim to help students de-stress which include yoga, running, peer support, boxing and art.
Watch your head are recruiting! We are looking for motivated individuals that are passionate about mental health with an extra skill. We are students that run workshops for students to help them de-stress, whether this is taking out your anger in boxing, letting your mind wander creating art work, having a chat, a bit of yoga or getting some fresh air on a run. We are looking for volunteers to help run these workshops, where you will gain lots of transferrable skills and really make a difference.
