Watch your head is a Go Volunteer project run by a group of students for students that aims to try and improve mental health at Uni. There are various sessions being run by volunteers which aim to help students de-stress which include yoga, running, peer support, boxing and art.
Watch your head are looking for volunteers, particularly Peer support volunteers! Peer support is designed to allow stressed students basically have a chat to others with free pizza and a cup of tea!
