Eat a Rainbow is an interactive workshop run by Newcastle Nutritank society aimed at children in years 4-6 focussing on the importance of leading a healthy, balanced diet, with a particular emphasis on sugar and diabetes through fun hands-on activities.

We welcome students from any course, of any ability, and no prior knowledge is required as all training is provided.

All we ask is that you buy our society membership (£5) to volunteer, as part of which you can also take part in our other events such as cooking workshops, speaker evenings, mentorship scheme and will receive restaurant discounts.

You will gain many employability skills for your CV such as communication and leadership as well as teaching experience. We are happy to provide references too. Drop us an message if you have any questions, and sign up here:!
