Meet Kavishi Sheth

Who am I?

Hello everyone, my name is Kavishi Kartikbhai Sheth. I am a Stage 2, BSc. Physiological Sciences (Hons) Student and one of the Course Reps for this year. In my spare time, I am a part of Enactus Newcastle and the RAG society, and I also volunteer with N.E.S.T!

What is my role?

I will represent the academic interest of students enrolled in the course and bridge the gap between students and the staff. I aim to provide a voice to students by sharing their concerns and feedback with the staff, and subsequently, report it back to the students. This enables me to inform the university of the positive and negative aspects of the course and making appropriate changes to improve student experience.

What do I want to achieve?

I will work in partnership with the staff to discuss and voice the students' issues effectively in SSC meetings. In these unprecedented times, I aim to support the students in every possible way regarding issues arising within the course. I will ensure that I am inclusive and accessible to all students and hope to empower and encourage them to enhance their student learning experience.
