Monday 4th– Friday 8th March 2019
Newcastle University is home to over 1300 Academic Student Representatives: students who volunteer to represent the academic interests of their fellow students by meeting with staff on a regular basis to share students’ opinions and develop solutions to the issues they’ve raised.
This week NUSU are running Shout Out, our campaign to promote the amazing work of our Academic Reps and hear the changes that YOU want to see made on your degree programme, at the Students’ Union or the University!
Throughout Shout Out week you can find your reps stationed across campus, where you can chat to them and leave your Shout Out, i.e. what you think could be improved or what works well. These Shout Outs will be sent round to your academic reps and Education Officer, so that we can get a better understanding of the issues affecting you. If you leave your name and e-mail address with your Shout Out then you’ll be entered into our competition to win an Amazon Fire TV Stick!
